THE BELL OVEN IS A VERSATILE COOKING SYSTEM THAT WILL ALLOW YOU TO ROAST, BAKE & SMOKE. Even use without the BELL & HANG MEAT.
THE PRINCIPAL BEHIND THE BELL OVEN IS SIMPLE BUT EFFECTIVE, THE CONCEPT IS A SUPPORT FRAME WRAPPED IN AL FOIL TO CONTAIN THE HEAT & OR SMOKE AROUND THE FOOD THAT IS BEING COOKED.
THE BELL OVEN IS CONSTRUCTED FROM SPIRAL WOUND MILD STEEL. THE KIT CONSISTS OF THE BELL THE SUPPORT ARM LOCKING COLLAR MEAT SPEAR LEVER & LOCKING PIN THE BELL IS DESIGNED TO BE SQUASHED FLAT FOR EASE OF PACKING. IT IS DESIGNED SO THAT THE BELL CAN SWING ON THE SAME RADIUS AS BOTH THE GRILL & HOT PLATE. THIS ENABLES YOU TO USE THE BELL AS A SMOKER OR A BAKING OVEN OVER THE GRILL. THE HOT PLATE CAN BE USED TO BE CARVED ONTO WHILE THE MEAT IS STILL ON THE SPEAR.
THE BELL IS HEIGHT ADJUSTABLE & CAN BE MOVED UP WHILST CARVING THE MEAT ONTO THE HOT PLATE.
