The Bell Oven - Roast, Bake & Smoke:
The included Bell Oven is a versatile cooking system that lets you roast, bake, and smoke. You can even use the meat spear without the bell to hang and cook whole roasts.
How it works: The bell is a support frame wrapped in foil to contain heat and smoke around your food. Made from spiral wound mild steel, it squashes flat for easy packing and swings on the same radius as your grill and hot plate.
What you can cook:
- Bell over coals: Roast lamb, beef, chicken, pork on the meat spear
- Bell over grill: Bake scones, cakes, puddings; smoke fish, chicken, crab, prawns
The bell is height-adjustable so you can carve meat directly onto the hot plate while it's still on the spear!
