The BBQ Pan sits on our swinging grills, folding grills and fire-pit cooking surfaces. It can also be paired with an ACK BBQ Pan Cradle, allowing the pan to swing over the fire for greater heat control.

It can also be used inside a conventional household oven, making it ideal for starting a meal over the fire and finishing it in the oven—or preparing your favourite pan dishes at home.

The pan measures 445mm across including the handles, so please check your oven’s internal dimensions before purchasing.

Before First Use

The BBQ Pan is supplied as uncoated mild steel and must be cleaned and seasoned before cooking.

After each use, clean and dry the pan thoroughly. Apply a light coating of cooking oil before storage to help develop its natural non-stick cooking surface and protect it against surface rust.

Always use suitable heat-resistant gloves when handling the pan during or after cooking, as the pan and its steel handles become extremely hot.
